Goto Chandni huge no. of computer shops there goto 4 or 5 gte the best rates.

Get the Biostar P45 if not available get the Asus P5Q Pro

I think E8500 is for Rs. 8xxx-9xxx
Biostar P45 7xxx-8xxx
