Using Vista x64 for over 6 months now, no problems. Actually I do not even have XP installed anymore and currently no plans to install either.

I'll be keeping Linux on the other HDD and may be a "BSD like" OS too. THe good part of having 4 hdds. I can keep each OS completely separate from each other. No boot sector mess ups.
