Default Old one, Vista: 64 Vs 32?

Ok, so I got a new HDD today. Got Vista Ultimate waiting

Now, 64 or 32?

1. I do no memory intensive work which would absolutely require it IMO.
Mostly games and movies.

2. Gonna leave a 50Gb partition for the OS, sufficient I hope?

3. I have 2Gb RAM as of now. Dont see a need for more. Me not gonna upgrade just to run 64bit well Till I dont need it at least

4. Any major performance diff between the two?

5. Most apps available are still 32bit, right? so my current downloaded installs etc will run fine?

6. CON: If I have to download any 64 bit versions of programs, then ll need to keep both, cos me dual booting with Xp 32.

Please leave your suggestions
