Since BSNL has changed my DSL Profile to 5 Megz downstream and 1 Megz Upstream. I am getting between 250-300 KB.
On old profile 2048/256 . i was max. getting 200-205 KB.
Uploading is still capped at 16 KB though.
BSNL doesn't throttle for sure.
