HI guys,
I'm a total noob at overclocking,i have gigabyte g31 ems2l motherboard,my cpu temps are at around 38-40 C at idle,and jump to 52-53 C on load,on conversion of 4gb video files(incidentantly it took 46 minutes to convert to .mkv).
The thing is how do i overclock it,i know it has something to do with increase multipliers,bus speeds,ram overvoltages etc.
I do not know the exact things to do also.
Moreover,Its on Stock cooling..and i have a zebronics desire cabinet with 2 x 80mm fans on the side..

Any ideas??
