Im also facing problems installing a new WD 320GB Ext HDD to my Vista laptop.

When I go to my comp. > WD Passport > a page with 4-6 options appears > setup takes to sync & backup > if I cancel, Im taken back to 4-6 options menu.

How to start using this drive. I want to transfer data from my Laptop whose HDD is almost full.
