Very patient and reasonable guy. Item was packed pretty well and shipping was very prompt. Item found to be in exact working condition as described.
He went through the hassle of arranging for the soft copy of the invoice and promptly refunded extra amount which I credited by mistake.
For someone new here, the trust factor does not come easily. But I must say, this overall experience only added to his trust factor for me.
